Tsomgo
Lake which is often called as Changu Lake is nestled within the rift of ranging
mountains is silently situated at an altitude of 12,400 ft within an estuary of
Gangtok Nathula Highway.

of wild flowers like The rhododendrons, blue and yellow poppies, Primula sans
irises comes together to join the perfect atmosphere of Tsomgo.

you take a route of Changu you will see the enchanting waterfalls which will
surely take you by surprise. While you enter the zone of glaciers valley you
will witness the small bridge which will guide your way to the viewpoint cum
cafeteria, from here you will get panoramic view of Lake and just at a side of

Things to Do

Best Time to Visit
During
winter especially between the months of January to mid May Changu is best
experienced by trekkers. Beside that you can also come here between the months
of October to December and April to July.

railway station is New Jalpaiguri which is at a distance of 120 km and it will
take approximately 2 and half hour to reach here.

airport is Bagdogra which is at a distance of 124 km and it will take
approximately 2 and half hour to reach.
