Amazingly Beautiful Vistas of Chail Wildlife Sanctuary

 Located at a distance of 63 km from the splendid environment of Shimla in Indian State of Himachal Pradesh the Chail wildlife sanctuary was amongst the favorite hunting spot of the maharaja of Patiala.

History

Traveler must understand that before it became a splendid wildlife sanctuary the site was revered by Maharaja of Patiala to serve his purpose of hunting and following the same course he was expelled by Commander-in-Chief of the British Indian Army from entering the area of Shimla.

How to Reach

Rail: the most appropriate or rather say fascinating way to reach the site is via Toy train that runs through the trails of Kalka to Kandaghat.

Road: since Chail is located at a distance of around of 86 km the best way to follow the route to reach the site is from Kalka via Kandaghat and once you will reach Kandaghat it takes around hour of journey by road to reach here.
