The general route of trekking to Brighu Lake starts from the site of Kothi then it bends to Moridugh Camp and follows the route by travelling uphill of Nada Thach and from here Lake of Brighu nestles to give you an experience of life.
Make sure on your routes you are sure to see some excellent show of nature and the journey towards the no man’s land of Brighu would be as proficient as would expect it to be.

Religious Importance
As mentioned above sage Brighu was one of the seven prestigious Rishis of Hindu religion and throughout the life they practiced meditation to perfect their way to meet with god. So from that point of view lake becomes historic and reverent.
Devotees from all across the world come here to practice pilgrimage because the site of lake was not only walked by rishi Brighu but the site of it was also used by Rishi Vashist to take a holy dip into water for considerable amount of time.

How to Reach
By train-unfortunately Manali does not have its own railway station so traveller would require stopping at Chandigarh railway station which is located at a distance of 170 km from Manali.

By air-the nearest airport to reach here would be Kullu-Manali Airport.
